Returns

We accept returns for items purchased directly from our website within 07 days of delivery. If you received the damaged product, please contact us to initiate the return process.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or have been damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team at support@trinklejewels.com within 07 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we confirm that your return request meets our policy criteria, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us.

  3. Shipping: We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

  4. Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been approved.

Refunds

After your return is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:

  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

Please note that items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during promotions cannot be returned or exchanged.
